What is a culinary dietitian?
A culinary dietitian bridges the gap between nutrition science and the art of cooking. It’s not just about what’s “healthy” on paper—it’s about making food that tastes incredible, feels approachable and naturally supports your wellbeing.
My approach was shaped early on when I studied abroad in France, where food wasn’t treated like a set of rule—it was a way of living. Meals were simple, seasonal, beautiful and deeply satisfying. That philosophy guides my work today: Nourishing people through dishes that are as joyful as they are nutritious.
